Get together with your friend(s) and share a compassionate meal. Take a moment to start the conversation about why eating compassionately is important to you. Use these guiding questions as a starting place. Most of all: enjoy yourselves!
1. Share with your friend why you asked them to join you for a compassionate meal.
2. Share with your friend what compassion means to you, and ask them to do the same.
3. Share with your friend why you consider a plant-based meal to be compassionate.
